Polish Cuisine - Wednesday 8 November 2017

This month’s Supper Club celebrates Polish cuisine - join us for five courses with drinks paired to the menu for just £35pp. As ever tickets to this very special event are strictly limited and we advise booking well in advance.

Our five-course menu is as follows:

Żurek – traditional soup made with a sourdough base, served with hard boiled free range hen’s egg.

Trio of herring served three ways with soured cream and apples, tomato and sultana, and gingerbread spice. Served with Polish rye bread.

Traditional freshly-made Pierogi dumplings served with three different fillings: minced pork, potato and cottage cheese, and sauerkraut and wild mushrooms.

Roast pork loin stuffed with dried prunes, served with beetroot relish and Silesian potato kluski.

King’s Cheesecake – cheesecake made with chocolate base and topped with crumbled chocolate.

Please note that our Supper Club aims to showcase a particular menu for its specific elements and ingredients and as a result a set menu is offered.
