You haven’t experienced Charles Dickens’ Christmas classic until you’ve seen it with Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie and the rest of the Muppet gang, starring alongside Sir Michael Caine as Mr Humbug himself, Ebenezer Scrooge.
Funny and heartwarming in equal measure, the Muppet's take sees Kermit playing Bob Cratchit, the put-upon clerk of stingy Scrooge (Michael Caine), who receives visits from spirits of three Christmases -- past, present and future. They show him the error of his self-serving ways, with the help of some infectious songs and the narration of Gonzo The Great, here playing the role of Charles Dickens.
One of the best film adaptations A Christmas Carol, and the only one to our mind to feature a penguin Christmas skating party.
