The Happy Prince

Due to technical issues the 16:00 screening of The Happy Prince on Thursday 19 July has been cancelled.

We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

Rupert Everett writes, directs and stars in the untold story of the last days in the tragic times of Oscar Wilde.

Everett takes on the role he was born to play, playing Wilde with poignantly ruined magnificence during his disgraced exile in Naples and Paris following his release from prison after the conviction for “gross indecency”.

Interspersed with flashbacks to his grand glory days, The Happy Prince is a deeply felt, tremendously acted tribute to courage.
