Access screenings are designed to cater for film lovers who may be on the autistic spectrum or have other learning disabilities, experience anxiety or sensory issues.
The cinema experience is altered slightly for these screenings with the lights dimmed rather than off, and the volume levels a little lower than usual.
Trained staff will be on-hand should attendees need anything at the screening, during which customers are welcome to come and go at any time. The screen is wheelchair accessible and clearly signposted for your convenience.
Anyone is welcome to attend an Access screening. Please be aware that Access screenings are less restrictive of audience noise than other cinema screenings, with talking and moving around permitted.
Tickets cost just £4.00 per person.
Please note that tickets for the Access Cinema screening of Star Wars: The Last Jedi on Thursday 28 December will be £5 for adults and £4 for under 18s.
Carers with a carer's pass, or accompanying the holder of a Max Card, HUB Card or CEA pass will be admitted for FREE (one companion per party).
A hush settles over the forest when the cold sets in: the animals are sleeping. This autumn we follow them into their burrows, dens and cosy caves to enjoy one last adventure before it’s time to snooze.
