Accessibility information
We have a lift to all floors and accessible toilet facilities on floors 1, 2 and 3.
We have hearing loops installed in the Box Office and Tyneside Bar. We use the Phonic infrared headset system to provide amplified sound in our screens. Headsets are available for this service from the Box Office on the ground floor and Tyneside Bar on the third floor.
Each of the Tyneside’s Cinema's screens have power assisted doors and dedicated spaces for wheelchair users. Wheelchair user access to the Classic screen is in the Circle only but you can buy Circle tickets at the standard ticket rate for that screening. If you need to be accompanied by a companion to assist you, they will be admitted for free.
Baby Change facilities are available in the accessible toilets on floors 1, 2 and 3.
Selected film screenings in our programme are presented with audio description or are subtitled for the hard of hearing, please check our weekly film listings for details.
